Psychotherapy is a therapy for people who feel that they have an emotional or mental health issue.  It is a talk therapy and with successful psychotherapy, a client changes in a positive way, resolving or mitigating troublesome behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions. Ideally, these are replaced with more pleasant and functional alternatives, so the client can move into a happier place in their life.


 In a modern chaotic life, Psychotherapy offers space for a person to explore their feelings and to bring about lasting change.
