Suitable for ALL levels of fitness, using body weight and/or equipment progressions.
This bundle gives you:
- 2 x One to One Personal Training Session per week (8 in total)
- Unlimited access to Donald's full weekly class schedule (listed below)
- Nutrition & Meal Plan advice
- Education, Tracking, Accountability and Support
Weekly Class Schedule:
Mondays 6.30pm - Mixed HIIT* Class
Wednesdays 6.30pm - Mixed HIIT Class
Saturday 10.00am - HIIT Strength Class
Sundays 10.00am - Chi Flow Class (which is a gentle mix of Pilates, Tai Chi & Yoga wrapped up with a gentle meditation at the end)
*High Intensity Interval Training
