Nutritional Therapist, Ilona Madden, is offering a free 1-hour lunch-time webinar in which she discusses the impact of our food choices on our stress levels and how we can eat to be better able to deal with stressful situations and give our body the chance to relax. 


So many people are hit by low mood and overwhelm due to Covid-19 and while we might be aware that we need to do something to relax, few of us think of the connection between the food we eat and how we feel.


Ilona is a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a special interest in mental health. She has been working with Dr. Eva in Orsmond Clinics before opening her own clinic in Bray. Currently, she is running a group programme "The Brain Health" as well as one-to-one consultations, mainly online due to the current restrictions.
