What: Six class yoga pass with Dani - Pregnancy Yoga Class


Practicing breathing, relaxation and moving your body in ways to help you during labour, such as squatting, lunging, ball work.... This is what a pregnancy yoga class entails.


The class also carves our time for you to foster an emotional connection with your growing baby.


Take time to connect to yourself as an expectant mother, connect with your growing baby, your changing body, your mind and other expectant mothers too.


We shall email you over your class pass for your perusal once booked.
