Class times are Mondays & Thursdays 10.00am-10.30am - commencing second week in September


Yoga Shred(TM) takes the principles of HIIT- intensity and uses safer, better moves based on yoga alignment and western anatomy to create a cross training style that can be fit into any yoga class, or workout, with far less strain and injury than regular forms of HIIT Training.
